Air Quality Sciences offers various inspection related services depending upon the requirements of our clients. AQS has the capability to provide one-time inspections as well as contracted services for scheduled inspection and air quality monitoring.
Mold & Moisture Inspection - FREE
Our Mold and Moisture Inspection is a FREE service to assist customers in diagnosing the location and severity of a potential mold problem. One of our trained Air Quality Consultants will inspect the building structure and HVAC systems for hidden moisture intrusions and evidence of mold. At the time of inspection, your Air Quality Consultant will provide a verbal assessment of our findings. If necessary, a services proposal will be provided outlining any necessary corrective action.
Mold & Moisture Assessment - $99.00
Our Mold and Moisture Assessment Service is a more detailed inspection utilizing the latest in indoor air quality monitoring equipment to provide clients with detailed information about their indoor air quality. One of our trained Air Quality Consultants will inspect the building structure, and HVAC systems for hidden moisture intrusions and evidence of mold problems. Clients are provided with a written report and surface sample testing results, as well as a services proposal for any necessary corrective action. The fee for Mold and Moisture Assessment is also applied to the cost of any additional services performed by Air Quality Sciences.
Indoor Air Quality Assessment - $99.00+
Our IAQ Assessment, much like our Mold and Moisture Assessment, includes an inspection of the structure and HVAC systems, in addition to the measurement of key air quality indicators. A report of our findings is also provided. Third party radon testing is also available for an additional fee. The fee for our IAQ Assessment is also applied to the cost of any additional services performed by Air Quality Sciences.
All Air Quality Sciences Inspection and Assessment offerings can also be performed as regularly scheduled services for contract clients interested in periodic monitoring.
